Complete with a glorious outdoor terrace, the restaurant is located on Summerfields Estate which forms part of Summerfields River Retreat consisting of twelve tented suites and the unique Rose Spa, a luxurious and romantic retreat on the Sabie River near Hazyview. The chef has fashioned an innovative menu using fresh, local produce. Lighter dishes include salmon and prawn roulade and tapas platter, while the dinner menu changes on a monthly basis and includes the likes of crocodile and black tiger prawn curry, along with delectable deserts such as rose-infused pavlova.
